I Am Brand New... Where Should I Start?
Each Instructor offers a Consultation to provide you any advice they may have on class recommendations, level placement, etc. If you would prefer less-expensive class options, feel free to try out various classes on our weekly class schedule. All Weekly Schedules Can Be Accessed on the "Book Now!" Tab & Home Page. Studio Packages & Memberships Include These Weekly Classes. If you're shy, private classes never are a bad place to start your journey.
What Are Private Classes?
Private Classes are wonderful options to target your specific desires, abilities, needs & goals one-on-one with an Instructor of your choice! Book a Private Class with a Certified Instructor at a date & time that works for you! Classes are scheduled & discussed between you & an instructor ensuring a personalized experience! Private classes are great to receive a consultation, seek advice or attain deeper knowledge on an area of practice.
What Are Private "Couples" or "Small Group" Classes?
Private Couples & Small Groups are exclusive classes for you & a group of (2-8) people. Small Group classes are PERFECT for friends, coworkers or families to ensure a spot in class together. Celebrate birthdays, weddings, & MORE! As a team learn to target specific: desires, abilities, needs & goals. Book your Small Group's Private Class with a Certified Instructor at a date & time that works for you to ensure a customized experience for all attendees.
How Long Are Classes?
Classes Typically Run From Your Choice Of: 30 Min. 45 Min. 60 Min. 75 Min. & 90 Min. Sessions. Take Multiple Sessions at a discounted rate through the Instructor's Packages or Subscriptions. Each Instructor's Class Lengths & Discounts/ Deals Will Vary Based On Their Availability & Qualifications.
What Should I Wear Or Bring With Me?
Please Come In Athletic or "Apparatus Appropriate" Clothing. For More Information On This Please See Our Studio Rules & Etiquette Page And/ Or Class Info Pages; aAs This Information May Vary Depending On The Class Styles, For Both Safety & Comfort.

Live-Streamed Private Classes
Live-Streamed Private Classes are our recommended class option, take a class 1-on-1 with the instructor of your choosing. We offer our live-streamed classes through Zoom or Google Meetings. If you are in need of: Closed Captioning for your classes, please request the google meetings option instead of zoom! Take a Personalized Yoga or Dance class from the comfort of your home.
(You must have a pole at home if you take a pole dancing class. Unless you plan to do "off the pole" conditioning.)

Take a class with a friend OR spice up your relationship in these fun (or sexy) yoga & dance classes!

In-Person Private Classes
We understand that every student is different & has different needs; for some students live-stream class options are unachievable. In-person classes are now available for those that need in person attention or equipment. Schedule either an In-person: 1 on 1, couples, or small group private session with a certified instructor. Can't make it to the studio? Our instructor to COME TO YOU! Provide the location you would like a certified instructor to travel to.
Ex: office, home, recreation area, etc.
Small Group Private classes
Looking for a fun activity for coworkers, roommates, friends, family, etc.?
Take a trip on the wild side and use this time together to stay active & have fun! Small Group Pole Dance, Yoga, & Chair Dance classes are now available for groups of 2-8 students.

Each instructor offers different discounts, packages & memberships on their private class offerings.
Once you purchase your bundle deal, membership or package, you will receive a discount code to enter when you book private class appointments.

Select a class time from your favorite instructor's availability calendar.

Receive Additional Class Info & Streaming Links For Your Appointment in your confirmation e-mails/ text's.
Join live-streamed classes by clicking the streaming link (previously emailed to you) at the date & time of your scheduled class. It's that easy!
