What is "Community Contribution?"
As a studio, we believe it is our responsibility to use our platform to not only help & assist our students, but to also help make a difference in the world. As a part of our efforts to be active in the community. We donate to trusted organizations or charities that we believe in each month. We call this Kinetic Connection Yoga & Dance's "Community Contribution Choice". We feel it is our moral obligation as a studio, and personal duties as humans to contribute as much as possible to the community/society. This studio hopes to makes efforts in not only positively effect our students lives, but also the world around us as.
So how do it work?
Every 2 months we select a different trusted and respectable organization or charity to donate to.
In addition to our own personal monthly donations, we also donate between 40-50% of all gross income from every THURSDAY CLASS to donate. The reason we do not give the full 100% of our gross income/ earnings from classes, is due to the fact we still pay our instructors for the classes they teach on Thursdays.
The studio does however donate 100% of all remaining profit & studio income from the day, (Meaning: the remaining income after paying instructors is all donated to the organization or charity listed to the right.) We donate to organizations that matter to us and of whom we believe is actively making a difference. We want to support good doings in this world in whatever way we can. We only donate to researched, trusted and respectable organizations/ charities. We always publicly post our Choice for Community Contributions so you know exactly where your money is going to.
THANK YOU!
We want to thank you for supporting our studio. Your contributions do not only help us, but they also help us in our mission to make change in the world! We appreciate your support and additional donations to our studio to keep us running during these hard times.

Direct Information from Thorn's Website-"We Build technology to defend Children from Sexual Abuse.Thorn was born in 2012. Our co-founders Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore had learned about the issue of child sex trafficking from a documentary highlighting what was happening to children in Cambodia. They describe it as this moment where you learn something about the world that you can’t un-know. As they started learning more, they realized that it is just as prolific of a problem here in the United States as it is overseas.Thorn CEO Julie Cordua joined soon after to begin to dig further into the issue of child sex trafficking. There was a common theme that emerged from those working in the field — technology was playing a role in extending the crime. However, technology had yet to play a significant part in its solution. Our team started out in this space focused on investing in the innovation phase of potential tech-led approaches to ending online child sexual abuse. Within the first two years, we realized that we needed to shift our model for scalable long-term change." - Thorn Official Website
